Jane Hancock
President
Jane Hancock serves as the President of Crappiefest for Kids and Veterans bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting, business operations and leadership. With a heart for serving others and a passion for community involvement, Jane is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for children and veterans. Through fundraising, community partnerships and outreach, she strives to make a lasting impact by bringing people together and creating memorable experiences for those who have served and the next generation.
Bill Bruno
Treasurer
Fishing has been a lifelong passion of mine since the age of four, giving me more than 60 years of experience and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. With 40 years in sales at Citizen Watch Company and over 15 years coaching youth sports, I understand the importance of mentorship, teamwork, and giving back.
I am proud to be part of CrappieFest and its mission to introduce children and veterans to the joys of fishing by removing financial barriers and creating meaningful experiences.
To me, CrappieFest is about more than fishing. It’s about building relationships, inspiring the next generation, honoring our veterans, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Jaime Decker serves as secretary of a nonprofit fishing organization dedicated to creating valuable opportunities for kids and veterans to enjoy the outdoors. She believes fishing brings people together, builds friendships, and creates memories that last a lifetime.
Jaime is proud to support a mission that gives back to those who have served our country while helping children discover the joy of fishing. Through her role, she helps support the organization’s efforts to make a positive difference in the community, one fishing trip at a time.
